These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BriteShine Exteriors website at briteshineexterior.com and your engagement of services provided by BriteShine Exteriors LLC ("BriteShine," "we," "us," or "our"), a Minnesota limited liability company based in Woodbury, MN.

By visiting our website, submitting an estimate request, or scheduling any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

BriteShine Exteriors provides residential exterior cleaning services in Woodbury, MN and the surrounding East Metro area, including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and soft washing.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe access conditions, property conditions that present a risk to our team, or locations outside our service area.

Estimates provided through our online estimator or by phone are ballpark figures based on typical homes in our service area. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins and is based on actual site conditions, square footage, window count, linear footage, and any additional factors identified during the service visit. The quoted price at confirmation is the price you pay.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed via phone, email, or text message. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control. In these cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.

For services requiring interior access (such as interior window cleaning), we ask that someone be present or that access arrangements be confirmed in advance. If we arrive at a scheduled appointment and cannot access the property due to circumstances within the customer's control, a trip charge may apply.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept all major payment methods as communicated at time of booking.

No Refund Policy: All sales are final. BriteShine Exteriors does not offer refunds on completed services. By scheduling and accepting service, you acknowledge and agree that no monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstances once a service has been performed.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of a completed service, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will return to address any specific concerns at no additional charge, at a time mutually agreed upon. This re-service commitment is our remedy in lieu of a refund and represents our full obligation in the event of a service quality dispute.

Our satisfaction guarantee means we come back and make it right — it does not entitle you to a monetary refund for work already performed.

Satisfaction Guarantee

BriteShine Exteriors offers a satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you identify a specific area or item that was not completed to a reasonable professional standard, notify us within 48 hours of service and we will return to correct it at no charge.

The satisfaction guarantee applies to workmanship and thoroughness of the service performed. It does not apply to:

  • Pre-existing conditions, damage, or staining that existed before service and was not correctable through the agreed scope of work
  • Conditions that were communicated to the customer prior to or during service as outside the scope of standard cleaning
  • Changes in preference or expectations not communicated before service began
  • Weather events, new debris, or other conditions occurring after service completion

Property Access and Conditions

By scheduling service, you confirm that you are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to schedule and approve exterior cleaning services on the property.

You agree to provide reasonable access to all areas included in the service scope prior to the scheduled appointment. This includes unlocking gates, moving vehicles from driveways, and securing pets.

BriteShine will take reasonable care when accessing and working on your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, or conditions that were present before service began. If we identify a condition that may be affected by cleaning (such as loose caulking, compromised seals, or deteriorating paint), we will flag it before proceeding and will not continue work on that specific area without your acknowledgment.

Limitation of Liability

BriteShine Exteriors carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on every job. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BriteShine Exteriors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to services performed, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Text Message Communications

By submitting your phone number through any form on our website or by providing it verbally when scheduling service, you consent to receive text messages from BriteShine Exteriors, including appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and marketing messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. We will never sell your phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use our website to:

  • Transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our website without our express written permission
  • Impersonate BriteShine Exteriors or any of its employees or representatives
